Cookies

I am going to a cookie exchange on Friday and I really would like to not embarrass myself so I've picked out a recipe and tonight I made my first practice batch. Lets just say I'm glad that I'm practicing!!! The recipe in my opinion did not call for enough sugar and they came out dry...plus, they were really sticky when I was trying to get them onto the cookie sheet. So....tomorrow I will make test batch number 2 and will add some extra sugar, maybe another egg or less flour and put the dough in the freezer for 30 mins so. Or I'll just find another recipe....tonight's cookies were really bad :(
